both make automatic and manual work orders, plus we now have the
DP5E Department Work Order Program for other departments to create

Yes, however the Scheduling programs, SD10, W10,
SD15, & W15 are not designed for this specifically, but can be used
this way, usually with a little help from our tech support.
The DP5E Department work order program is set up to be used on a
network with specific instructions on how to set it up. It uses
shared folders instead of a mapped drive. |

Yes, we have DP5E, which does just that and still
allows for using work order tickets if you wish. This program makes
it easy to accomplish data entry by giving unique drop down menus to
each department, so it becomes point and click instead of data
entry. |

you have a program for this |
Yes, we have W15 Multi Schedule which will handle up
to 999 databases for separate weekly schedules on each database. |
| Is there a place in the scheduling programs to keep
records on equipment |
Yes, each scheduling program has a "More Info Page"
accessed from the main operating screen. This can be used in
Wordpad design to set up any equipment records needed. With the W10
and W15 the Master Work Order can also display records of parts
required, tools needed, and notes for completing a work order
associated with a scheduled item in the database. |
| Do you have a program that keeps track of inventory |
No, but inventory associated with scheduled tasks
can easily be recorded aside from the program in a spreadsheet. At
least some of our customers are successfully doing this. |

Yes, where all our scheduling programs perform multi
functions needed to accomplish maintenance, they would be considered
simple compared to many competitors. We have made an effort to keep
them as simple as possible without all the bells and whistles. With
this we have been able to also have them cost effective. |
| I just took over an old building with very few
operators manuals on our equipment service requirements. Do you
provide any help for determining maintenance intervals |
Yes we will try to help, but we avoid trying to give
specifics on equipment. Each piece of equipment can be evaluated as
to its environment or the manufacturer can be contacted in many
cases. Examples: The filter change
intervals usually are 3 - 4 months unless they are getting dirty
quicker than that. If you always use high quality grease is best,
and high temp grease in a warm environment with 1 - 30 day
intervals.
Greasing intervals should be researched.
With our programs you can adjust your intervals as time go on. |

Our tech support is handled as quickly as possible,
usually the same day. We stay with the customer until any problem
is solved. If we get an e-mail or phone call we call back as soon
as we get the message. |
